I think that when people are trying to describe something as stupid but use the words either gay or retarted is completely wrong. It can very easily offend people. Especially if you are around people you don't really know that well and say either gay or retarted as decribing something, you never know if someone is either gay or if someone themselves or someone they love has a disability. One time I saw this girl doing an impression of someone with a mental disability and then someone that she was with was like you know my sister is mentally retarted right? And the girl just felt so bad and started crying. That is when she learned her lesson. It really bugs me when I hear people saying or even doing things like that. It might be a habit for people to say things are gay or retarted but I think that if everyone got out of that habit it would definatly cause less people to be offended everyday.
