Well...it's been a while since I've been on here, and I've been trying to catch up with everyone's posts. The one thing I have to say is going off of Soo Bin's comments on gay marriage. If you believe that God made man and woman for the sole purpose to reproduce, then couldn't you say that in this day in age, he created people to be gay to counteract overpopulation problems? When people were first present on this earth, it was a priority to reproduce in order to survive. Now today we are dealing with crowding issues and overpopulation in many other countries. It's possible that there appear to be more openly gay and lesbian people just because it's more accepted now, but it's also possible that if you believe in God, he created them in order to relieve the earth of population issues. (everything happens for a reason) The last line of Soo Bin's post is " People should live like how god have created us." Who are we to say that God didn't create people gay or stright? If you believe there is a god and He's a loving god, then he made us to love each other, gay or straight. Those people are just trying to live a happy life. Whether or not there are specific genes that specify one or the other, we don't know whether or not it's a choice or if it's in their genetic makeup. I know this is off of a really old post, but i just thought I'd throw my opinion out there.
