Liberal and Conservative

I was reading this article in the Times and smoething really struck me as true. Instead of voting just because someone is a democrat or republican we should vote for whom we believe will make a difference in the government. Right now, I'm at the point, where I don't even care who is elected as long as they can make a change. I'm as far right wing as is possible, but right now, I just want someone that can pull our troops out, change the economy, fix the housing market, and can actually make decisions for him/herself rather than having his supervisors and branches tell him what to do.
