I agree with nick on this topic. To see the people of the congo suffer just disgusts me. The women that are constantly raped everyday and have no defense to the men is so disheartening. To think that this cruelty is still going on in our world shows me that the mindset of people keeps getting worse in different parts of the world. We are so focused on our nation as i understand we need to be because there are many things that need to be improved upon, but i feel that we need to make more of an effort to help other countries in need. As the strongest country in the world, we should stop concerning with ourselves so much and start focusing on making the world a better place for everyone and reach our ultimate goal of world peace.
