I have issues with religion because its like joining a political party. My beliefs are not the same as anyone elses so i find it hard to associate myself with a set religion. I used to go to church every week and consider myself to be a good christian but i started to just feel bored and guilty. I felt like anything i did was a sin and god looked down upon it. I was thinkin about this because of the gay bashing church. If you associate yourself with a religion people think you believe everything they believe, and that is not usually true. I feel the same with political parties. In America we have only two that really count and i dont agree with either of them. So my only defense is to not associate myself with either a religion or a political party, that way i can believe whatever i want to and onle be reponsible for my own ideas.
