I agree with a little of both. Because they grown in most isolated country in the world, they don't know how their great leader is evil and how other counties has much more freedom. And how they are educated by their country.(Otherwise, no one will say I will terminate the America)
But some people may know what's happening in their own country. Even so, they can't go against for it or even talk about it. If you do, simply you are going to be killed. Like everyone said, I,m glad I'm not North Korean
