Thanks for responding to my post and giving a different point of view. And yes, I am talking about Cubans. Remember the whole Illian Gonzalez thing? Before everyone had a spasm about him, Cubans were allowed to come as long as they made it to the coast, mainly Florida without being caught. Then after he got deported everyone forgot about it and Cubans were coming freely (so to speak). Maybe I have my facts messed up but as far as I know that's what's been happening.
Also did anyone else hear about the student who was tazered (sp?) at the John Kerry question session? I am so PISSED about the whole situation! Once again the damned cops think they own the world and can hurt/abuse whoever they feel like doing said things to. What PISSES me off even more is that people were just standing by! Yea, I know some people were saying 'hey this isn't in your moral conduct..." but it doesn't count! What are people's thoughts on this...(sorry for getting off of Spoor's topic, but this is something that's really gotten me upset. Imagine if it was one of us that this happened to.)
