Hallowen Costumes.

I dont understand why we cannot wear costumes this year. Teachers say it's a distraction but hallowen is celebrated once a year. So they should let us wear costumes, we can have fun for one day:). We come to school to learn, everybody knows that. But even if people are wearing costumes, it is us who choose to watch people and their costumes. If somebody doesn' want to learn something new, he/she will do something else. They will not listen to the teacher anyway. The school should allow us to wear costumes on hallowen because there is nothing bad or distracting about.
